Spokane DUI Arrests
In Washington State there are usually around 30 thousand DUI arrests each year. For DUI arrests made in Spokane over the weekend, the individual is usually directed to see the judge on Monday at 3 p.m. After a DUI arrest, the court will set conditions of release and will inquire as to whether a person will be hiring a lawyer or requesting a public defender.
