Spokane DUI Arrests

In Washington State there are usually around 30 thousand DUI arrests each year. Washington State has not seen an increase in the number of DUI arrests since the voters decided to permit the sales of hard alcohol in large grocery stores. The police will consider whether a person was cooperative and whether the person has other prior DUI arrests. For DUI arrests made in Spokane over the weekend, the individual is usually directed to see the judge on Monday at 3 p.m. After a DUI arrest, the court will set conditions of release and will inquire as to whether a person will be hiring a lawyer or requesting a public defender.
