- Sexual Assault - European Metal Band Case Dismissed
  Band accused of rape on tour bus after concert. Band jailed for 4 months. All charges were dismissed after defense investigation. Band returns to Europe and back with their families.
- Delivery of Methamphetamine Not Guilty
  Defendant charged with three counts of methamphetamine based on the word of an informant. Defendant explained that he only knew the informant because the informant sold him marijuana. After a three day trial the defendant was found to be not guilty of all three counts.
- Burglary First Degree, Theft of a Firearm 7 Counts Not Guilty
  Defendant was alleged to have worked in conjunction with other defendants to steal seven long arms from the home of a Washington resident. Co-defendant turned state's evidence. Defendant was found not guilty of all charges.

  Defendant charged with the attempted homicide of a neighbor after allegedly attacking him with with a chainsaw. Defendant was acquitted of all charges and returned home to his family.
- DUI - 4th Offense Not Guilty
  Defendant was found not guilty with a .12 breath test. Defense hired expert witness witness who explained the inaccuracies of the breath instrument due to the defendant's diabetic condition.
